Frank was a local boy born and raised in the North Penn area. He always believed in building where you are and turning it into something great. When Mark Dischell, Frank, and Jack Dooley joined forces in the late 70’s, that is exactly what they did.

Whether it was in the courtroom, pool or playing field, Frank was always a relentless competitor. He came from an athletic family, went to the University of Maryland on a full swimming scholarship and enjoyed playing water polo and baseball in his free time.

When asked how he could pore over files for hours and hours, Frank simply replied "It's easier than swimming laps.” Applying that discipline and drive to his profession, Frank was a force with whom to be reckoned.

Frank's achievements were many.  He represented his hometown Borough of Lansdale, the North Penn School District and many other municipalities and boards.

Frank’s leadership skills were widely recognized. He successfully chaired the Montgomery County Republican Party for fourteen years. Clients, colleagues and many others sought his counsel frequently, and for good reason. Gifted with keen intelligence, Frank had the ability to remain cool and calculating while under pressure--a vital trait, in a successful Attorney. When questioned as to his reasoning, the answers were concise, clear and linear. Frank focused on the end result (“Here’s the bottom line.”) and laid out a path to get there.

Outside of the office, he was a man of varied interests: sports, music, and most of all, his family. Frank was loyal and his word was his bond. His goal was always the same: Fix a bad situation, learn from it so as not to repeat it, and keep moving forward. If Frank told you he would do something, he did. One always felt better with Frank’s advocacy and with him at your back.

Frank was quick witted, upbeat and downright funny. He loved what he did, supported those around him, and treated each day as a gift. He was a true blessing to those with whom he was close and a great friend to so many more. We’ll miss him.
