George Saba’s practice is focused on personal injury, complex litigation, construction, professional liability and insurance coverage. 

George has tried multiple jury trials throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.  He is certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy in both trial and pretrial advocacy. 

Recognized as a “Super Lawyer,” 15 times, George has maintained an “AV” rating with Martindale Hubbell and is former President of the Northeastern Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association. He has written numerous published articles in the fields of insurance practice and civil litigation. He has also served as a frequent lecturer for various professional associations including the Pennsylvania Bar Institute and National Business Institute. In addition, he has served as both a private and court appointed Mediator and an expert witness in insurance litigation and professional liability cases.

George has handled complex, multimillion dollar claims in various jurisdictions across the United States including serious personal injury claims, a 62 million dollar construction suit in Orlando, a 220 million dollar breach of contract claim in Pennsylvania and several matters involving local municipalities involving construction, tax assessment, zoning and eminent domain.  

His courtroom experience, thorough preparation and personal approach to every case has resulted in multiple successful jury verdicts and positive results for his clients.  

George was born and raised in the Wilkes-Barre, PA area prior to relocating to Harleysville, PA, where he currently resides with his wife, Linda. They are the proud parents of 4 children.  In his spare time, you can find him playing bass with his band, “Exit 31.”
