The Family Law Associate Attorney position is a full-time role in our Lansdale Office. As a Family Law Associate with Dischell Bartle Dooley, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in a wide range of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and domestic violence matters. You will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced attorneys, participate in court proceedings, and provide comprehensive legal counsel to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare cases
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and agreements
Communicate with clients to provide updates on their cases
Represent clients in court hearings and mediation sessions
Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients
Stay up-to-date with changes in family law regulations and precedents

The Real Estate Law Associate Attorney position is a full-time role in our Pottstown Office. As a Real Estate Associate with Dischell Bartle Dooley, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating real estate transactions, representing buyers and sellers, and ensuring the smooth transfer of property ownership. You will collaborate with a team of real estate professionals and leverage your knowledge of the industry to provide exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential properties and investment opportunities
Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential or commercial properties
Negotiate purchase agreements, contracts, and lease agreements on behalf of clients
Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, and other due diligence activities
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal real estate regulations
Provide guidance to clients on pricing, financing options, and market trends
Maintain and grow relationships with clients and referral partners
Stay current with real estate market trends and industry best practices

The Litigation Associate Attorney position is a full-time role in our Pottstown Office. As a Litigation Associate with Dischell Bartle Dooley, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in various litigation cases, including civil disputes, criminal defense, and other legal matters. You will work closely with experienced attorneys, engage in legal research and analysis, and assist in all aspects of the litigation process.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and analysis to support cases
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Assist in preparing for depositions, hearings, and trials
Collaborate with clients to gather relevant information and evidence
Review and manage case files, ensuring accuracy and organization
Communicate with opposing counsel, judges, and clients as needed
Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation sessions
Stay current with changes in litigation laws and precedents
Qualifications:
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Exceptional analytical, communication and writing skills
Ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
Admission to the Pennsylvania bar (or eligibility for admission by reciprocity) is required
Alternatively, 2023 candidacy is required
