Five DBD Attorneys Named to the 2026 PA Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists

Dischell Bartle Dooley is proud to announce that five of the firm’s attorneys have been recognized by Super Lawyers for 2026. Partners Mark Dischell, John Dooley, and Elizabeth Billies, along with Of Counsel George Saba Jr., were named Pennsylvania Super Lawyers, while attorney Katie Lin Daly earned recognition as a Pennsylvania Rising Star.

Each year, only five percent of attorneys in Pennsylvania are selected to the Super Lawyers list, while no more than 2.5 percent are named Rising Stars. Candidates are chosen through a rigorous, multiphase process that includes peer nominations, independent research, and professional evaluations. This recognition reflects the exceptional legal skill, professionalism, and dedication that DBD attorneys bring to their clients every day.

Mark Dischell, founder of the firm, has now been named a Super Lawyer for an impressive 23rd consecutive year. A respected leader in family law, Mark is known for his strategic counsel and compassionate advocacy in matters involving divorce, custody, support, and equitable distribution. He is also a highly regarded arbitrator and has been recognized as a Best Lawyer in America for more than three decades.

John Dooley, managing partner, earns his fourteenth Super Lawyer designation. Jack advises individuals, businesses, and municipalities on a broad range of legal matters, including governance, contracts, estate planning, and municipal law. His practical approach and trusted counsel have made him a valued advisor to clients throughout the region.

Elizabeth Billies has been named a Super Lawyer for the sixth consecutive year, following more than a decade of recognition as a Rising Star. A partner in the firm’s family law practice, Liz represents clients in complex custody, divorce, and support matters and is a certified mediator. She is widely recognized for her thoughtful, client-focused approach and ability to guide families through difficult transitions.

George Saba Jr., Of Counsel to the firm, receives his twenty-first Super Lawyer designation in recognition of his distinguished litigation career. Certified in both trial and pretrial advocacy by the National Board of Trial Advocacy, George has successfully handled complex personal injury, construction, insurance, and professional liability matters across the country.

Katie Lin Daly has been named a Pennsylvania Rising Star for 2026. This distinction recognizes outstanding attorneys who are either 40 years old or younger or have been practicing law for ten years or less.
