The Montgomery Bar Association held their Annual Memorial Service on Friday, March 26, 2021 to honor members who have recently passed. The virtual ceremony was presided over by President Judge Thomas M. DelRicci. Mark B. Dischell delivered a beautiful tribute to long-time friend and partner, Frank R. Bartle.
